The following are considered valid photo identification documents at airports:

• Valid Passport
• Valid Driving Licence
• Election Photo Identification Card
• PAN card issued by the Income Tax department.
• Photo identity card issued by Employer (government and reputed private sector organisations).
• Valid Birth Certificates of infants need to be produced at check-in for age proof.

Documents Required for International Travel in Vistara at Airport Entry:

You will need to provide a print-out of your itinerary/e-ticket or show it on your mobile phone along with a valid Passport to enter the airport.

Documents Required for International Travel at Vistara Counters:

The following documents are required for international travel at Vistara counters:

• Valid Passport
• Valid Visa for the destination (and transit) countries for the date of travel and/or arrival. If the destination country allows Visa-on-arrival, then carry the valid documents required to obtain the same.
• Valid Birth Certificates of infants need to be produced at check-in for age proof.
• Medical ‘Fit-to-Fly’ certificate, if required.

Documents Required for Unaccompanied Minors Travelling in Vistara:

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are considered Unaccompanied Minors by Vistara. These passengers are required to carry valid photo identification and the relevant form during their travel in Vistara aircraft.

A. If you don’t have a printed copy of your boarding pass, you may collect it from the check-in counter at the airport by providing a valid photo ID. This should be done at least 45 minutes prior to flight departure for travel within India, and at least 60 minutes prior to flight departure for international travel. Q. What documents are required if I want to do web check-in for other passengers? A. If the other passengers are included in the same booking reference as you, no additional documents need to be submitted and the web check-in can be easily completed by one person. Vistara does not support this facility for different booking reference numbers.
