Here are the latest guidelines:
For Sikkim
Effective from 7th April, all tourists entering Sikkim must carry a negative RT-PCR test report conducted 72 hours prior to arrival. In case tourists are without such a report, hotel owners, homestay owners and travel agents will get the COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/True NAT) conducted for them.
Please note: It is not compulsory to show RT-PCR test reports at entry check posts. However, accommodation owners will check the test report and follow all the essential guidelines.

For Assam
All air passengers from Mumbai and Bangalore exiting at any airport in Assam must carry a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test report, conducted 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. All those passengers who arrive without the test report will undergo a self-paid test at the airport and stay inside till the results are available. If a passenger tests positive, they will undergo home quarantine or sent for further treatment at the hospital, as per the case and treatment protocol.
Also, a passenger with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test report within a period of 72 hours is not required to undergo the mandatory COVID-19 test or quarantine on arrival in Assam.

For Maharashtra
As the COVID-19 situation in Maharashtra continues to be worrisome, the Maharashtra government has imposed a night curfew on weekdays prohibiting the gathering of more than 5 people in public spaces from 8 PM to 7 AM. However, home deliveries, food pickups and essential services are allowed. Additionally, Maharashtra state government has also imposed a complete lockdown on weekends from 8 PM on Friday to 7 AM on Monday wherein everything will remain shut.
Note: Both these restrictions will not impact air/train travel. Public transport will be operational with a limited seating capacity and movement to/from airport/railway stations will be permissible with a travel ticket.
