Here are the complete details:

Mr. Vaishnaw rode the inaugural track-mounted trolley on the world’s highest arch bridge over the Chenab River during his visit to Kashmir. He was accompanied by Railway officials and performed a pooja before inspecting the iconic bridge, which has a height of 359 metres from the Chenab riverbed.

The Vande Bharat train service is currently operating on the Delhi–Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra route, connecting the national capital with the Jammu province of J&K.

Fact: The first Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off on February 15th, 2019 on the New Delhi–Varanasi route.

Passengers travelling from Jammu to Srinagar will experience a faster and more comfortable journey once the Kashmir Valley is integrated into the Indian Railway network. It is anticipated that the new rail link will reduce the travel time between Jammu and Srinagar to 3.5 hours.
