The second week of July brings with it a new set of relaxations, as six Indian destinations have announced new guidelines, allowing more activities in their respective jurisdictions to resume.
These destinations are: Bihar, Goa, Karnataka, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir and Tamil Nadu.

Here are the details:
Bihar
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced new rules as the earlier set of guidelines come to an end today.
Here are the new permitted activities in Bihar:
> All government and non-government offices can open normally. Vaccinated visitors will be able to enter the office.
> Universities, colleges, technical educational institutions, government training institutes and schools (up to class XI and XII) can open with 50 percent student attendance.
> Special arrangements for vaccination will be made for adult students, teachers, and staff of educational institutions.
> Restaurants and eateries in the state can open with 50 percent seating capacity.
Goa
The new set of guidelines will be applicable in the state till July 12. Restaurants and bars in the state can now function between 7 am and 9 pm with 50 percent seating capacity:

Karnataka
The new set of guidelines will remain in place till July 19. Public transport has been allowed to operate with full seating capacity, and shops, restaurants, malls have also been allowed to re-open. The state has also done away with the weekend curfew, but the night curfew (between 9 pm and 5 am) will continue to remain in place:

Haryana
Mahamari Alert – Surakshit Haryana has now been extended till July 12, with relaxations provided to shops, malls, restaurants and bars. Corporate offices have also been allowed to open with full attendance:

Jammu & Kashmir
The union territory has lifted the weekend curfew from 13 districts: Jammu, Kathua, Samba, Poonch, Rajouri, Udhampur, Anantnag, Bandipora, Baramulla, Budgam, Ganderbal, Pulwama and Shopian.
The daily night curfew however, will continue to be imposed between 8 pm and 7 am. All outdoor shops in these districts are allowed to open between 7 am and 7 pm on all days:

Tamil Nadu
The state-wide curfew has been extended for one more week, that is, till July 12. All shops and activities permitted to function earlier till 7 pm can now function till 8 pm. E-pass and e-registration requirements to travel between various districts of the state has been cancelled:
