The all-new Utkrisht Double Decker Air Conditioned Yatri (UDAY) Express is all ready to make its debut. Catering to the demands of the business class, UDAY Express will operate on three busiest routes initially- Coimbatore-Bengaluru, Bandra-Jamnagar and Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada.
This double-decker train will endow passengers with amenities like LCD screens, Wi-Fi, a middle deck for dining, modular toilets, among others.
Check timings and duration of all three routes:
1) The first UDAY Express will be operational on the Coimbatore-Bengaluru route. The 22666 Coimbatore-Bengaluru UDAY Express will leave at 5:40 am from Coimbatore and arrive Bengaluru at 12:40 pm. This journey will take a total of 7 hours.
For the return, the 22665 Bengaluru-Coimbatore UDAY Express will leave at 2:15 pm from Bengaluru and arrive Coimbatore at 9:00 pm. This journey will take a total of 6 hours and 45 minutes.
2) 22923 Bandra-Jamnagar UDAY Express will depart from Bandra at 11.55 pm and arrive at Jamnagar at 02.55 pm. Total journey time for this route will be 15 hours.
For the return, 22924 Jamnagar-Bandra UDAY Express will depart from Jamnagar at 08.00 pm and arrive at Bandra at 10.20 am. Total journey time for this route will be 14 hours and 20 minutes.
3) 22701 Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada UDAY Express will leave at 5:45 am from Vishakhapatnam an arrive at Vijayawada at 11:15 am. This journey will take a total of 5 hours and 30 minutes.
While returning, 22702 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam UDAY Express will start at 5:30 pm from Vijayawada and reach Visakhapatnam at 10:55 pm. This journey will take a total of 5 hours and 25 minutes.
