Train travellers, here’s some great news for you!
The Indian Railways has shared details of numerous special trains and extensions that will be in effect in the near future. Those who are planning to travel soon can book their seats in these trains via ixigo. Scroll down to know more about these updates.

Update 1: Special Trains by North Eastern Railway
The North Eastern Railway will be operating 42 trains to accommodate the higher passenger rush that’s expected in the coming days.

Update 2: Jalna–Chhapra Special Flagged Off
Keeping in mind the convenience of travellers, the Indian Railways flagged off a pair of new services.
Train no. 07651 Jalna–Chhapra Special will run on every Wednesday until 30th November. Train no. 07652 Chhapra–Jalna Special will run on every Friday from 28th October to 2nd December.
Update 3: Special Trains by South Central Railway
The South Central Railway released a list of 12 services that will run in the last days of this month.
These trains will connect important cities, such as Tirupati, Puri, Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad. For the complete list, here is the official tweet:

Update 4: Train Extensions
> The North Eastern Railway confirmed that a pair of trains between Hyderabad and Gorakhpur will be run for extra trips.
Train no. 02575 Hyderabad–Gorakhpur Special will be operational from 4th to 25th November, and train no. 02576 Gorakhpur–Hyderabad Special will be operational from 6th to 27th November.
> The North Western Railway announced that two services will be run for 13 additional trips each.
Train no. 07115 Hyderabad–Jaipur Special will be operational until 27th January 2023, and train no. 07116 Jaipur–Hyderabad Special will be operational until 29th January 2023.
