Update 1: Train Diversions
The North Eastern Railway announced that the following services will be diverted via the route of Aunrihar–Mau–Phephna:
- Train no. 14524 Ambala–Barauni Express on 14th September.
- Train no. 14018 Anand Vihar Terminal–Raxaul Sadbhavana Express on 14th September.
- Train no. 15159 Chhapra–Durg Sarnath Express on 14th September.
- Train no. 15232 Barauni–Gondia Express on 14th September.
- Train no. 14523 Barauni–Ambala Express on 15th September.
- Train no. 20506 New Delhi–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express on 15th September.
- Train no. 12562 New Delhi–Jaynagar Swatantrata Senani Express on 15th September.
- Train no. 15231 Barauni–Gondia Express on 15th September.

Update 2: Cancellations and Partial Cancellations
> Due to track restoration work being undertaken, the Western Railway notified that the following four services have been cancelled until 20th September:
- Train no. 09108 Ektanagar–Pratapnagar MEMU Express Special.
- Train no. 09109 Pratapnagar–Ektanagar MEMU Express Special.
- Train no. 09110 Ektanagar–Pratapnagar MEMU Express Special.
- Train no. 09113 Pratapnagar–Ektanagar MEMU Express Special.
> The Western Railway also tweeted about three trains being partially cancelled because of construction work at Bandra Terminus station:
बांद्रा टर्मिनस यार्ड के उत्तरी छोर पर ढांचागत उन्नयन का कार्य करने के लिए बांद्रा टर्मिनस यार्ड में मंगलवार,13.09.22 को 00.00 बजे से बुधवार,14.09.22 को 06.00 बजे तक 30 घंटे का एक प्रमुख यातायात ब्लॉक लिया जाएगा।

Update 3: Change in Terminal Station

Update 4: Change in Train Numbers
The North Western Railway announced that there will be a change in train numbers for the Sainik Express.
Starting from 6th January 2023, train nos. 14022/14021 Jaipur–New Delhi–Jaipur Sainik Express will run under new numbers: 19701/19702. If you’re planning to book tickets on this train, do take note of this change to avoid any hassles and confusion.
