Due to a sudden rise in train bookings, the Indian Railways has announced several new long-distance trains for journeys commencing from April 2021.
These are fully reserved special trains for “destinations with high demand”, and will keep receiving additional services to match any further spike in bookings.
Here’s the complete summer special trains list with departure dates:

> 09067 Bandra Terminus (T)–Gorakhpur on April 18 and 25 (Sundays)
> 09068 Gorakhpur–Bandra (T) on April 20 and 27 (Tuesdays)

> 09011 Udhna–Danapur on April 19 and 26 (Mondays)
> 09012 Danapur–Udhna on April 21 and 28 (Wednesdays)
> 09413 Ahmedabad–Kolkata on April 14, 21 and 28 (Wednesdays)
> 09414 Kolkata–Ahmedabad on April 17, April 24 and May 1 (Saturdays)
> 09501 Okha–Guwahati on April 16, 23 and 30 (Fridays)
> 09502 Guwahati–Okha on April 19, April 26 and May 3 (Mondays)
Special outbound trains from Maharashtra, Gujarat
In another announcement, the Western Railways released dates for multiple new weekly trains from western India to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Here are their days of operation:
