To address the increased passenger demand during the festive season, Indian Railways has announced the introduction of a special Vande Bharat train service between Lucknow and Chhapra.

According to the notification issued by Indian Railways, the special Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 02270/02269) will operate on select dates in October and November.
Here are the key details about the Vande Bharat special service:
- From Lucknow, the train will depart on October 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31. Additional departures from Lucknow are scheduled on November 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8.
- The return journey from Chhapra will take place on the same dates.
- Each journey will feature eight AC Chair Car coaches, offering comfortable seating for passengers.
- The train will depart from Lucknow at 2:15 PM and arrive in Chhapra at 11:30 PM.
- Key stops along the route include Sultanpur Junction, Varanasi Junction, Ghazipur City, Baliya, and Suremanpur.
