As the festive season is approaching, Indian Railways has started a number of special trains to cater to the growing number of tourists.
The bookings for these trains will start from 28th February, 2019.
Book TrainsDetails of the Special Trains are as follows:
1– LTT – Sawantwadi Road – LTT Shivratri specials (2)
Train No. 01113 Special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 01:10 AM on 04.03.2019 and will arrive Sawantwadi Road at 12:00 PM.
Train No. 01114 Special will leave Sawantwadi Road at 01:10 PM on 04.03.2019 and will arrive LTT at 12:20 AM next day.
These trains will halt at – Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Sindhudurg and Kudal and will have 1 AC-2 Tier, 2 AC-3 Tier, 8 Sleeper class and 6 General second class.
2– CSMT – Karmali Shivratri specials (2)
Train No. 01111 Special will leave CSMT at 12:20 AM on 02.03.2019 and will arrive Karmali at 01:30 PM same day.
Train No. 01112 Special will leave Karmali at 02:05 PM on 03.03.2019 and will arrive CSMT at 12.25 AM next day.
These trains will halt and Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road and Thivim and will have 1 AC-2 Tier, 1 AC-3 Tier, 4 Sleeper Class, and 12 General second class.
3– Karmali – Panvel – Karmali Shivratri specials (2)
Train No. 01436 Special will leave Karmali at 02:05 PM on 02.03.2019 and will arrive Panvel at 11:45 PM same day.
Train No. 01435 Special will leave Panvel at 01:00 AM on 03.03.2019 and will arrive Karmali at 01:30 PM same day.
These trains will halt at Thivim, Sawantwadi Road, Kudal, Sindhudurg, Kankavli, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Khed, Mangaon and Roha and will have 1 AC-2 Tier, 1 AC-3 Tier, 4 Sleeper Class, and 12 General second class.
Last month, the Southern Railways also announced special trains for these upcoming two festivals. These trains will connect Chennai to all other major cities of South India.
