Due to unavoidable circumstances, Indian Railways has decided to cancel and divert a number of trains.
1> Eastern Railways recently tweeted about some trains getting diverted due to the North-East Frontier System’s traffic block. The block will be for 3 hours 30 minutes every day till 24th April.

2> There are a number of trains that are cancelled for a particular time period. Train number 01139 running between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Gadag Junction Railway Station is cancelled till 30th April and train number 01140 running between GDG-CSMT will remain cancelled till 1st May.

3> Train services are being regulated in Wadakkanchery yard due to ongoing track maintenance work. Services of Thiruvananthapuram – New Delhi Daily SF Special train services are being regulated. Partial cancellations of many important train services.

Also, in view of the safety of passengers and to avoid overcrowding at platforms, North Central Railway has decided to restrict the sale of platform tickets till further notice.
