Continuing the effort to manage the expected rush in the coming months, Indian Railways has announced more summer special trains for several routes. Below are the complete details.

> The Western Railway will be running train no. 09075 Superfast Special between Mumbai Central and Kathgodam on a special fare. Bookings for this train will open on 15th April.

> Western Railway has also launched a weekly special train between Mumbai and Jammu Tawi. Train nos. 09097/09098 will be run on a special fare and the bookings are now open.
From 17th April to 12th June, train no. 09097 will depart from Bandra Terminus at 09:50 PM on Sundays and reach Jammu Tawi at 08:40 AM on Tuesdays. From 19th April to 14th June, train no. 09098 will depart from Jammu Tawi at 11:20 PM on Tuesdays and reach Bandra Terminus at 10:10 AM on Thursdays.
> Unreserved trains will be run between Pratapnagar and Chhota Udaipur, and between Pratapnagar and Ektanagar.

Northern Railway
> The Northern Railway has announced an unreserved mail express special train between Kalka and Shimla.
From 14th April to 30th June, train no. 01627 will depart from Kalka at 01:05 PM and reach Shimla at 07:30 PM the same day. From 15th April to 1st July, train no. 01624 will depart from Shimla at 09:20 AM and reach Kalka at 03:50 PM the same day. Both the trains will be running on a daily basis.
> A new Garib Rath between Udaipur City and Jammu Tawi has also been launched.
From 14th April to 30th June, train no. 04982 will depart from Jammu on Thursdays at 05:45 AM and reach Udaipur the next day at 07:35 AM. From 15th April to 1st July, train no. 04981 will depart from Udaipur at 02:05 PM on Fridays and reach Jammu the next day at 03:10 PM.
> Northern Railway will be starting a new train between Amritsar and New Jalpaiguri. Train nos. 04653/04654 will run on a weekly basis.

> The North Eastern Railway has announced trains 05005 and 05006 between Gorakhpur and Amritsar.
Train no. 05005 will depart from Gorakhpur on Fridays from 15th April to 24th June. Train no. 05006 will depart from Amritsar on Saturdays from 16th April to 25th June.
> The Southern Railway has launched two pairs of special trains for this summer.
Train no. 07385 will depart from Banaswadi at 8 PM on Wednesdays and reach Tirunelveli the next day at 08:45 AM. Train no. 07386 will depart from Tirunelveli at 10:15 PM on Saturdays and reach Banaswadi at 11.45 AM the next day.
Train no. 06249 will depart from Mysore at 02:15 PM on Wednesdays and reach Trivandrum at 08:10 AM the next day. Train no. 06250 will depart from Trivandrum at 04:55 PM on Sundays and reach Mysore at 03:30 PM the next day.
Bookings in both these trains are now open.
> The West Central Railway has announced a summer special train between Pune and Kanpur.
Train no. 01037 will depart from Pune on Sundays, starting from 17th April. Train no. 01038 will depart from Kanpur Central on Mondays, starting from 18th April. Each train will take 9 trips.
