Due to Kisan agitation in Punjab, the Western Railways and the Eastern Railways have cancelled several trains and short terminated/originated many others passing through the affected areas.
Both the railway zones have also appealed to the passengers to check these changes before planning their trip to avoid inconvenience.

> Train no. 05097 Bhagalpur – Jammu Tawi festival special train with journey commencing on 29.10.20 and 05.11.20 will remain cancelled.
> Train no. 02331 Howrah – Jammu Tawi festival special train with journey commencing on 23.10.20, 24.10.20, 27.10.20, 30.10.20, 31.10.20 and 03.11.20 will remain cancelled.
> Train no. 02332 Jammu Tawi – Howrah festival special train with journey commencing on 25.10.20, 26.10.20, 29.10.20, 01.11.20, 02.11.20 and 05.11.20 will remain cancelled.
> Train no. 02357 Kolkata – Amritsar special train with journey commencing on 24.10.20, 27.10.20, 31.10.20 and 03.11.20 will be short terminated at the Ambala Cantt. railway station.
> Train no. 02358 Amritsar – Kolkata special train with journey commencing on 26.10.20, 29.10.20 and 02.11.20 will be short originated from the Ambala Cantt. railway station.
