A tribute to every Prime Minister of India, the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya showcases how each one has contributed to the development of our nation over the last 75 years.

Fact: “Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya” is the Hindi term for “Prime Minister’s Museum”.

With its perfect blend of modern features and the classic tale of statesmanship, here are seven fantastic reasons to visit the Prime Minister’s Museum:

1) 14 galleries dedicated to India’s prime ministers.

How to reach: The nearest metro station is Lok Kalyan Marg. Also, Teen Murti is the nearest bus stand to the museum. The buses that operate at this stop are 604, 620, 630, 632, 680, 720, 783 and 890.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Light and sound show timings: Show 1 (Hindi) 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Show 2 (English) 07:15 PM to 7:45 PM.

Important: The museum is closed on Mondays and gazetted holidays.


Ticket prices:

Visitors aged 12 years and above: Rs. 50 (weekdays) and Rs. 100 (weekends).

Children (aged 5–12 years): Rs. 40 (weekdays) and Rs. 50 (weekends).

Foreign nationals (aged 12 years and above): Rs. 750 (all days).

Foreign nationals (children aged 5–12 years): Rs. 375 (all days).

There are no fees for infants (0–4 years).
