In order to handle the summer passenger rush, Central Railways will run 52 summer special trains between Mumbai and Goa.
Further, railways will run six additional trains from Mumbai in Maharashtra to Karmali in Goa and Sawantwadi in Maharashtra.
Special train no. 01127 will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in Mumbai at 12.20 am on May 2, 2019 and will reach Karmali at 11.30 am on the same day. Special train no. 01128 will leave Karmali at 10.20 am on May 4 and reach CSMT at 9.15 pm, the same day.
8 trips between LTT(Lokmanya Tilak Terminus)-Karmali weekly specials will also operate at a different time. From April 8, Central Railways will run 18 special trains from LTT to Sawantwadi Road station in the Konkan region.
