> Train no.s 07051/07052 Secunderabad – Chhapra – Secunderabad Special trains have been extended by the East Central Railway to meet the travel demand. Main stoppages from both the directions include Balharshah, Raipur, Ranchi, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, Jhajha and Patna.

> The Indian Railways has decided to restart two special trains between Jaipur and Udaipur. The trains will carry passengers from August 16. Train no. 09721 is scheduled to start from Jaipur at 6:15 am and reach Udaipur at 1:30 pm, while train no. 09722 is scheduled to start its journey from Udaipur at 3:05 pm and reach Jaipur by 10:15 pm. Both these trains will operate everyday.
> The East Coast Railway has decided to restore some special train services between Bhubaneswar and Kendujhar. Train no.s 08456/08455 will start services from August 16 and August 20 respectively until further notice.
> The same railway zone will also operate special trains between Puri and
Paradeep to fulfill travellers’ demand. Train no. 08414 Puri – Paradeep Special Express will depart at 6:15 am from Puri and reach Paradeep at 10:10 am. Train no. 08415 Paradeep – Puri Special Express will depart at 18:00 pm from Paradeep and will reach Puri at 22:10 pm. This will be effective from August 6. The major stoppages include Sakhi Gopal, Delang, Khurda Road Junction, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Kandarpur and Raghunathpur.
> For the convenience of passengers during Ganpati Chaturthi, 38 trips of 16 special trains will run on special fare for different destinations from September 3. These services include:
- Train no. 09183/09184 Mumbai Central – Surathkal Special Train
- Train no. 09185/09186 Mumbai Central – Madgaon Special Train
- Train no. 09187/09188 Bandra Terminus – Madgaon Ac Special Train
- Train no. 09189/09190 Bandra Terminus – Kudal Special Train
- Train no. 09191/09192 Bandra Terminus – Madgaon Special Train
- Train no. 09067/09068 Udhna – Madgaon Superfast Special Train
- Train no. 09418/09417 Ahmedabad – Kudal Special Train
- Train no. 09150/09149 Vishwamitri – Kudal Special Train

> Train no. 06602 Mangalore Central – Madgaon Daily Special Train will leave Mangalore Central at 5:30 hrs on and from August 16and reach Madgaon at 14:00 hrs the same day until further advice. In the return direction, train no. 06601 Madgaon – Mangalore Central – Madgaon Daily Special Train will leave Madgaon at 14:30 hrs on and from August 16 and reach Mangalore Central at 21:40 hrs the same day until further notice.
> The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to run special trains between Puri and Shalimar of West Bengal. Train no. 08469/08470 Puri – Shalimar – Puri Special will depart from Puri every Thursday with effect from August 12 i.e. today and from Shalimar on every Friday from August 13 till further advice.
