The railways have significantly increased the frequency of trains in Kashmir. A total of 16 train services started on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019, between various stations on the railway line of Kashmir.

Search TrainsEarlier in August, train services had completely suspended in Kashmir. This decision came right before the Centre announced to remove provisions of Article 370 and split Jammu and Kashmir into Union Territories.
Finally, earlier in November, rail services were partially resumed in Kashmir. Two services of the train were running every day from 10 am to 3 pm.
Currently, the timings have extended. The first service starts at 8:30 am and the trains operate till 5 pm. This is to benefit the people and allow more passengers to use rail services actively.
