Good news for train travellers! In order to clear the extra rush of passengers, the Indian Railways has decided to start and extend several special trains.
This decision was taken in light of the upcoming Holi festival and the consequent spike in travel during this time.

> The Central Railway has announced four special trains for the travellers during the upcoming Anganewadi and Holi festival. The trains will run on the following routes –
Train no. 01161 Lokmanya Tilak – Sawantwadi Road Weekly Special will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 11:45 pm on 23rd February and will reach Sawantwadi Road at 10:00 am on the next day.
Train no. 01162 Sawantwadi Road – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Weekly Special will leave from Sawantwadi Road at 11:00 am on 24th February and will reach Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 11:05 pm on the same day.
Train no. 01163 Dadar – Sawantwadi Road Daily Special will leave from Dadar at 12:10 pm from 16th to 19th March. It will reach Sawantwadi Road at 11:20 pm on the same day.
Train no. 01164 Sawantwadi Road – Dadar Daily Special will leave from Sawantwadi Road at 11:50 pm from 16th to 19th March. It will reach Dadar at 11:10 am on the next day.

> The Western Railway has announced two special trains for February and March for the convenience of the passengers. Here’s the schedule of these trains –
Train no. 09003 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj Superfast Special will operate on 8th, 15th and 22nd February. It will also commence journey on 1st, 8th and 15th March.
Train no. 09004 Bhuj – Bandra Terminus Superfast Special will operate on 9th, 16th and 23rd February. It will also commence journey on 2nd, 9th and 16th March.

> The South Central Railway has also announced an extension of six special trains. Here’s the schedule –
Train no. 07455 Narsapur – Secunderabad Special will operate on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th February. It will also commence journey on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th March.
Train no. 07456 Secunderabad – Vijayawada Special will operate on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th February. It will also commence journey on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th March.
