Train travellers, here’s some good news!
Multiple zones and divisions of Indian Railways have announced special trains. The decisions have been taken keeping in mind the expected rush during the festive season. Scroll down to know more about these announcements.

> The North Eastern Railway notified that two special services will be run between Delhi and Chhapra.
Train no. 04038 Anand Vihar Terminus–Chhapra Puja Special will depart from its source at 11:15 PM, and will reach Chhapra at 4:45 PM the next day. It will run every Wednesday from 19th October to 9th November.
Train no. 04037 Chhapra–Anand Vihar Terminus Puja Special will depart from its source at 7:45 PM, and will reach Anand Vihar at 2:15 PM the next day. It will run every Thursday from 20th October to 10th November.
> The Western Railway has introduced a pair of trains between Udhna and Banaras.

> The Western Railway will also be operating two trains between Ahmedabad and Jabalpur.
Train no. 01704 Jabalpur–Ahmedabad Special will run every Tuesday from 4th October to 1st November. It will depart from Jabalpur at 6:25 PM, and will reach its destination at 11 AM the next day.
Train no. 01703 Ahmedabad–Jabalpur Special will run every Wednesday from 5th October to 2nd November. It will depart from Ahmedabad at 1:55 PM, and will reach its destination at 9:35 AM the next day.
> The Northern Railway released a list of special services that will be run to accommodate the festival rush.
These trains cover important routes like Amritsar–Gorakhpur, Mumbai–Jammu and Varanasi–Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra. To view the entire list, you may refer to the official tweet:
