The Indian Railways has announced more special trains for summers to accommodate the expected spike in the number of passengers.
If you are planning to travel anytime soon, you can book your seat in these special trains with ixigo.
Search Trains> The North Central Railway will run one trip of train no. 05023. The train will depart from Gorakhpur on 31st March and reach Secunderabad the next day.

> The North Eastern Railway has launched two special trains – Mumbai-Gorakhpur and Mumbai-Ballia.
Train 01027 will depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 2nd April to 30th June. Train 01028 will depart from Gorakhpur on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 4th April to 2nd July.
Train no. 01025 will depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1st April to 29th June. Train 01026 will depart from Ballia on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 3rd April to 1st July.
> The North Western Railway will run train nos. 20489/20490 Barmer – Jaipur – Barmer Superfast Express five days a week.
Starting from 29th March, train no. 20489 will depart from Barmer on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Train no. 20490 will depart from Jaipur on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, commencing from 30th March.

> The South Central Railway will run 26 special trains between Hyderabad and Gorakhpur.
Train no. 02575 will depart from Hyderabad on Fridays from 1st April to 24th June. Train no. 02576 will depart from Gorakhpur on Sundays from 3rd April to 26th June.
