Railways Announces Cancellation, Diversion of 50+ Trains

Due to maintenance work and other unavoidable circumstances, the Indian Railways announced the cancellation, regulation, diversion and short-termination of several trains. Scroll down for further details.

> The Eastern Railway released a list of more than 20 services that will be cancelled, short-terminated and diverted due to yard remodelling work in the zone.

> The Western Railway also shared that several trains will be affected in the Bhavnagar Railway Division. 

Here are the services that have been cancelled: 

  • Train nos. 19207/19208 Porbandar–Somnath–Porbandar Express until 27th September. 
  • Train no. 09514 Veraval–Rajkot Express Special on 22nd and 24th September. 
  • Train no. 09521 Rajkot–Veraval Express Special on 22nd and 24th September. 
  • Train no. 19119 Ahmedabad–Veraval Express on 24th September. 
  • Train no. 19120 Veraval–Ahmedabad Express on 25th September.

> The South Eastern Railway announced that one service will be regulated. 

Train no. 18036 Hatia–Kharagpur Express will depart at 12:10 PM instead of its scheduled departure time of 9:20 AM on 20th, 26th and 29th September and 1st October.

> The West Central Railway notified about the cancellation and diversion of 15 trains, which will be in effect in the coming week.
