Patna-Delhi Special Vande Bharat Express to Manage Festive Rush!

Every year, Railways experiences a significant surge in ticket demand during the festive season. To accommodate this increased demand, Indian Railways is introducing a new special Vande Bharat Express on the Patna-Delhi route from 30th October.

Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat Train has been issued by the Railway Ministry for its trial run, with stops at Buxar Junction and Arrah.


Here Are Some of The Key Details:

  • Indian Railways has announced a new Vande Bharat Express from Patna to Delhi, which will be a chair-car.
  • Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat Express will start on October 30 and will run on selective days.
    The passengers will be able to travel to Delhi from Patna on October 30, November 1, 3 and 6th.
  • The train will travel to Patna from Delhi after 31st October, on 2nd, 4th, and 7th November.
  • The duration of the journey will be 11-and-a-half hours.
  • The Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat will start at 8:25 am and reach at 8:00 pm.
  • Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat will start at 7:30 am and reach Delhi at 7:00 pm.
  • The train will depart from Delhi at 8:25 am and will then stop at Kanpur, Prayagraj, Buxar, and Arrah Junction (7:10 pm); it will conclude its journey at Patna at 8:00 pm. The train will start from Patna at 7:30 am and then stop at Arrah Junction, Buxar, Prayagraj, and Kanpur; it will reach Delhi at 7:00 pm.
