Travellers vaccinated with Covaxin are in for some great news! Oman has added Covaxin to its list of approved vaccines, meaning that travellers vaccinated with it can travel to Oman without having to quarantine.
The news was announced by the Embassy of India in Muscat.

Book FlightsNow, all travellers who have received two doses of Covaxin at least 14 days before their estimated arrival date will be able to travel to Oman without having to quarantine on arrival.
However, all other COVID-safety related requirements, such as a pre-arrival RT-PCR test, will continue to be required from all such passengers.

Passengers must note that AstraZeneca/Covishield is already approved by Oman for travel without quarantine, and with the approval of Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin, flying to the middle-eastern country will definitely get easier!
