How to avail the offer

2. Apply coupon code: RUPAYCCUPI for Domestic Flight and RUPAYCCUPIINT for International Flight at the time of making your booking.
3. Proceed to the payments page and pay via RuPay Credit Card on UPI.

Terms & Conditions

• Customers will get cashback in the form of ixigo money, only on payments using Rupay Credit Cards on UPI.
• On Payment page, Customer has to select UPI payment mode and make payment via their UPI app by selecting their linked Rupay Credit Card on UPI option.
• The offer is applicable only on Rupay Credit Card on UPI paymode. Customer will not get the offer benefit on payment via Savings account linked to UPI.
• The Offer can be availed once per user per category.
• The offer is valid on the latest app versions of ixigo apps.
• The offer is valid only on bookings done on ixigo apps.
• Customer has to apply the code and pay via Rupay Credit Card on UPI to be eligible for the offer.
• The Offer is valid every day from 1st April to 30th April ‘24.
• The offer is valid only on Rupay Credit cards on UPI.
• The cashback will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance, assured, flex, etc).
• The offer is not valid on pay at hotel or Book/Reserve-Now-Pay-later bookings.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of ixigo.
• Cashback/ixigo money will credited after 24 hours of successful flight booking.
• Cashback/ixigo money will credited after 15 days of successful checkout for hotel bookings.
• Cashback/ixigo money will be valid for 60 days from the date of credit.
• Cashback/ixigo money cannot be transferred or cashed under any circumstances.
• In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
• If the Customer cancels the booking after the cashback amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• Ixigo & Rupay reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Bank. Ixigo shall not entertain any such claims.
• Ixigo is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• Ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event will the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional cashback under this offer.
• Ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the ixigo website will apply.
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
• Any queries, escalations, dispute related to the services made available on the ixigo needs to be directly addressed by ixigo. Rupay will not be responsible for the same in any manner.
• Rupay shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any services availed by the customer under the Offer.
• Rupay and ixigo reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any Cardholder from the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• Rupay shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of services.
