Terms & Conditions
- Download the ixigo apps or log on to ixigo website
- The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
- For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g, insurance).
- Customer must apply coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- The offer will remain valid on domestic and international flights.
- RBL Credit card offer is valid every Tuesday and Credit Card EMI offer is valid on all days from 1st October till 31st December 2024.
- This offer is valid on payment made through RBL Credit Card and RBL credit card EMI option only.
- The offer is valid once per customer per month on Credit Card and once per user per month on Credit Card EMI.
- The offer is not valid on RBL Debit Card, RBL Net Banking.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, net banking.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
- In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the flight after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event will the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers, and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable, and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 60 days from the offer fulfillment date. Post such date, the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- RBL Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery, or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services, and assured gifts/prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to RBL Bank.
- RBL Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, or claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services/assured gifts/prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program/Offer offered by the Alliance Partner/s.
- RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
- The cashback/discount/assured gift/prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner, and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
- RBL Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the goods, services, or the assured gifts/prizes.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
- ixigo & RBL Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
