Terms & Conditions

• The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer
• On hotels, discount will be given only on “Pay Now & Book with Zero” bookings amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g., insurance)
• Customer has to apply coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer
• The offer will remain valid everyday from 1st July 2024 to 31st July 2024
• This offer is valid on payment made through IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards EMI option only
• This offer is not valid on full payments via IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as Bank)
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category per month
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, net banking, and debit card payments
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
• ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall be applicable to all customers transacting and availing the offer during the offer period
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount
• This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
