- This offer is valid on international flight.
- For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g, insurance)
- Customer has to apply coupon code: IXFEDERALEMIN at the time of booking to avail this offer
- The offer will remain valid international flights booking on all days from 1st April 2025 till 30th June 2025
- Customers will also get 3 month No-Cost EMI on flight bookings.
- The offer is valid once per card per category per month during the offer period
- This offer is valid on payment made through FEDERAL Bank Credit Card EMI only
- Offer is valid only on selected Federal Credit Card EMI BINs
- The offer is not valid on FEDERAL Bank Net Banking, FEDERAL Bank Credit Card and Federal Bank Debit Card payment modes.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
- If the Customer cancels the flight or hotel after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
- In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- FEDERAL Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. - The cash back/ discount /assured gift / prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
- FEDERAL Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
