A negative RT-PCR report – not older than 72 hours – is mandatory for all passengers arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala.

For Tamil Nadu:
> Passengers coming to Tamil Nadu from other states and union territories (except Kerala and Maharashtra) shall self-monitor their health for 14 days after their arrival.
> Passengers coming to Tamil Nadu from Kerala and Maharashtra shall undergo mandatory home quarantine for 7 days and then self-monitor their health for symptoms in the next 7 days.

The government of Rajasthan has tightened the restrictions for passengers travelling from Kerala and Maharashtra. It is now mandatory for travellers from these states to produce a negative COVID-19 test report upon their arrival in Rajasthan.

Recently, Assam decided to discontinue mandatory COVID-19 testing at railway stations and airports across the state. But with the sudden rise in COVID-19 cases, the screening and testing will continue under further notice.
