In view of the ongoing festive season and the increasing rush in travel, multiple divisions of the Indian Railways have shared details of special trains that will be run during this period. Scroll down to know more about these announcements.

> The East Central Railway will be operating a pair of services between Delhi and Gaya.
Train no. 01678 New Delhi–Gaya Puja Special will run from 17th October to 11th November. It will depart at 8:10 AM from New Delhi every Monday and Friday, and will reach Gaya at 12:30 AM the next day.
Train no. 01677 Gaya–New Delhi Puja Special will run from 18th October to 12th November. It will depart at 7:10 AM from Gaya every Tuesday and Saturday, and will reach New Delhi at 11:35 PM the same day.
> The West Central Railway notified that two trains will be run between Mumbai and Ballia.
Train no. 01025 Dadar–Ballia Puja Special will depart from its source at 2:15 PM, and will reach Ballia at 1:45 AM on the third day. It will run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 31st October.
Train no. 01026 Ballia–Dadar Puja Special will depart from its source at 3:15 PM, and will reach Dadar at 3:35 AM on the third day. It will run every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday until 2nd November.

> The West Central Railway is also operating a pair of services between Dadar and Gorakhpur.
Train no. 01027 Dadar–Gorakhpur Puja Special will run every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday until 30th October. It will depart from Dadar at 2:15 PM, and will arrive at its destination at 2:45 AM on the third day.
Train no. 01028 Gorakhpur–Dadar Puja Special will run every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until 1st November. It will depart from Gorakhpur at 2:25 PM, and will arrive at its destination at 3:35 AM on the third day.
> The Northern Railway has released a list of 40 trains on several important routes across the country that will be launched in the upcoming days.
