Disclaimer: The information on baggage limit has been taken directly from the airline websites. However, to avoid any inconveniences, please re-confirm them with your respective airline prior to booking your ticket.

IndiGo

For domestic flights:

> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg is allowed per customer.

> Check-in Baggage: 15kg per person (1 piece only). For Double or MultiSeats bookings, extra 10 kg is allowed.

For international flights:

> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg is allowed per customer.


> Check-in Baggage:  20 kg for Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Malé, Phuket and  Singapore. 30 kg for Abu Dhabi, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Kuwait, Muscat, Sharjah and Yangon. For flights from Jeddah to India, 25 kg + 5 L Zamzam water is permitted. 

Kindly note: For flights under Vande Bharat Mission, the baggage allowance will be 25 kg (check-in baggage) + 7 kg (hand baggage).

Air India

For domestic flights:

> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 8 kg is allowed per customer for economy class. On the other hand, hand baggage allowance for first and business class is 12 kg per passenger.

> Check-in Baggage: For first class it is 40 kg, for business class it is 35 kg and for economy class it is 25 kg.

For international flights:

Check-in Baggage: For travel to Australia, Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong: 30 kg (economy class) and 40 kg (executive class).

For travel to USA, Canada, Europe, UK and Israel it is 2 pieces (23 kg each, economy class) and 2 pieces (32 kg each, first/business class).

> Hand baggage allowance for travel within and outside India: Economy class (7 kg), premium economy (10 kg), business class (12 kg).

> Standard check-in baggage allowance for travel within India: Economy class (15 kg), premium economy (25 kg), business class (35 kg).

> Standard check-in baggage allowance for travel to Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, and Singapore: Economy class (30 kg), premium economy (35 kg), business class (40 kg).

> Standard check-in baggage allowance for travel to Kathmandu: Economy class (20 kg), premium economy (25 kg), business class (35 kg).

> Standard check-in baggage allowance for travel to London and Frankfurt: Economy class (2pcs, 23 kg each), premium economy (2pcs, 23 kg each), business class (2pcs, 32 kg each).

>Standard check-in baggage allowance for travel to Maldives: Economy class (20 kg), premium economy (25 kg), business class (30 kg).

> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg, is allowed per customer.

> Check-in Baggage: 15kg per person (1 piece only), effective 24th October 2020.

For international flights:

> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg, is allowed per customer.

> Check-in Baggage: For Malé, Bangkok, Dhaka it is 20 kg. For Muscat, Colombo, Dubai, Hong Kong and Ras Al-Khaimah it is 30 kg.

> Hand Baggage: Two pieces of baggage with the total weight of both items not exceeding 7 kg.
