For domestic flights:
> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg is allowed per customer.
> Check-in Baggage: 15kg per person (1 piece only). For Double or MultiSeats bookings, extra 10 kg is allowed.
For international flights:
> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 7 kg is allowed per customer.
> Check-in Baggage: 20 kg for Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Malé, Phuket and Singapore. 30 kg for Abu Dhabi, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Kuwait, Muscat, Sharjah and Yangon. For flights from Jeddah to India, 25 kg + 5 L Zamzam water is permitted.
Kindly note: For flights under Vande Bharat Mission, the baggage allowance will be 25 kg (check-in baggage) + 7 kg (hand baggage).

For domestic flights:
> Hand Baggage: One hand bag up to 8 kg is allowed per customer for economy class. On the other hand, hand baggage allowance for first and business class is 12 kg per passenger.
> Check-in Baggage: For first class it is 40 kg, for business class it is 35 kg and for economy class it is 25 kg.
For international flights:
Check-in Baggage: For travel to Australia, Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong: 30 kg (economy class) and 40 kg (executive class).
For travel to USA, Canada, Europe, UK and Israel it is 2 pieces (23 kg each, economy class) and 2 pieces (32 kg each, first/business class).
