Goa government has imposed a lockdown in the state till the morning of May 3, 2021. Gatherings of five or more persons have been prohibited, unless it is for official functions or with permission from authorities. Check the complete order below:

Bihar has also issued new guidelines, instructing shops in the state to close at 4 pm. Furthermore, a night curfew will also be in force in the state between 6 pm and 6 am. The new order has come into effect starting from yesterday, April 29:

Uttar Pradesh has announced that the weekly lockdown in the state will now be imposed from 8 pm on Fridays to 7 am on Tuesdays. The following guidelines will remain effective during this period:

Madhya Pradesh has issued a new update regarding the ongoing Janta Curfew in the state:
The curfew restrictions have also been extended till May 8 in the Singrauli district of the state.
Jharkhand has also issued new guidelines, extending the Swasthya Suraksha Saptah (Health Safety Week) in the state by another week. It will now be observed till 6 am on May 6. The complete guidelines were shared by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on his official Twitter handle:

Jammu & Kashmir has imposed a lockdown in 11 districts of the state between 7 pm on April 29 and 7 am on May 3. The 11 districts are Jammu, Srinagar, Anantnag, Baramulla, Kulgam, Pulwama, Ganderbal, Kathua, Reasi, Udhampur and Budgam:
Chandigarh has announced new timings for night curfew in the union territory. The night curfew will now remain in place between 6 pm and 5 am every day until further notification, and this order has come into effect from April 29:

Tamil Nadu has extended the night curfew and complete lockdown on Sundays in the state until further orders. The timings for the night curfew are from 10 pm to 4 am. Among other points, the official order also highlights that during the complete lockdown to be observed on Sundays, the Chennai Metro Rail will continue to operate skeletal services:
