Delhi under lockdown for 6 days
In wake of the alarming COVID-19 surge, the government announced a complete lockdown in Delhi for 6 days. However, there shall be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement.

Rajasthan to observe “Jan Anushasan Pakhwada” from today
Amid an alarming rise in coronavirus cases, the Rajasthan government has imposed lockdown-like strict restrictions from today. The ‘Jan Anushasan Pakhwada‘ (public discipline fortnight) will continue till 3rd May.
People entering Rajasthan will have to show a negative RT-PCR report issued 72 hours prior to the travel. Intercity travel is also allowed.

Latest guidelines issued for travellers visiting Kerala
All domestic travellers, irrespective of vaccination status, will undergo the SARS CoV-2 RT-PCR test within 48 hours prior to entering the state or immediately after entering the state of Kerala.
Travellers who are not willing to undergo an RT-PCR test will have to be home quarantined for 14 days.

Mizoram announces latest COVID-19 guidelines
Travellers entering Mizoram who have tested negative by RAT at entry points shall mandatorily undergo 7 days quarantine/self monitoring either at home or any other quarantine facilities.

Tamil Nadu imposes night curfew
The government of Tamil Nadu announced a night curfew from 20th April (10 PM to 4 AM) and a complete lockdown on Sundays across the state. It has also banned inter and intra-state travel during the night curfew. All beaches in the state will remain shut for the public. Tourism to places like Nilgris, Ooty, Kodaikanal and Yercaud will no longer be allowed. Travellers will also not be allowed to enter museums, parks, zoos, and ASI (The Archaeological Survey of India) sites on any day.
Ahmedabad Airport runway to be closed from tomorrow
To enhance the surface quality, Ahmedabad Airport will be closed from 20th to 30th April barring 24th April.

Night curfew imposed in Bihar
As coronavirus cases show a sharp spike in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced a series of restrictions including night curfew across the state.
