As India witnesses a fresh surge in COVID-19 cases, states like Rajasthan, Meghalaya & Manipur have released a new list of rules and guidelines for domestic travellers.

Here are the latest guidelines for 3 states:
For Rajasthan
> Effective from March 25, 2021, all travellers entering Rajasthan must carry a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test report conducted within 72 hours of arrival.
> Night curfew will be held in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Sagwara and Kushalgarh from 11 PM to 5 AM.

अजमेर, भीलवाड़ा, जयपुर, जोधपुर, कोटा, उदयपुर, सागवाड़ा एवं कुशलगढ़ में रात्रि 11 से प्रातः 5 बजे तक नाइट कर्फ्यू रहेगा।
आगामी 25 मार्च से राजस्थान में बाहर से आने वाले सभी यात्रियों के लिए 72 घंटे के भीतर की आरटी-पीसीआर नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य होगी।

For Manipur
> All air travellers arriving from states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Kerala will have to undergo a COVID-19 test on arrival.
For Meghalaya
> People entering Meghalaya will now have to register themselves prior to their travel at http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/testing.htm and also download the Aarogya Setu App and the Behaviour Change Management App of Meghalaya from Google Play Store.
> Travellers with a valid certificate of vaccination will be exempted from testing at the entry point.
> A negative RT-PCR / TruNat / CBNAAT report is mandatory for persons entering from Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab and Karnataka. RAT negative report will not be valid for persons coming from these four states. Travellers should take the COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their arrival at the entry point.
