Below are the state-wise details:
For Maharashtra
All domestic passengers arriving from Delhi, Goa, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Kerala shall carry RT-PCR negative test reports with them before boarding.
Passengers without the RT-PCR test reports shall compulsorily undergo RT-PCR test at the Mumbai airport (at their own cost). Only after undertaking the test, the passengers will be allowed to enter the city.
For Karnataka
* Latest travel guidelines for passengers arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala
As per the GoK (Government of Karnataka) circular dated 20th Feb 2021, a negative RT-PCR report – not older than 72 hours – is mandatory for all passengers arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala.
Kindly note: The negative report will be verified by the airline staff at the time of boarding.
For West Bengal
As per the Government of West Bengal, passengers arriving from Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Kerala shall carry a negative RT-PCR test (not older than 72 hours) from 27th Feb.

For Uttarakhand
As per the guidelines issued, all passengers travelling to Dehradun from Maharashtra, Gujarat and Kerala are required to carry COVID-19 negative test reports, otherwise they will be tested upon arrival at the Dehradun Airport.
For Manipur
As the number of cases are rising in the states of Kerala and Maharashtra, the Government of Manipur has made it mandatory for passengers coming from the mentioned states to be tested on arrival at Imphal Airport.
