In order to provide affordable health checks to passengers and railway employees, the Indian Railways has decided to install health ATM Kiosks at various places in India.

For availing this facility, one has to pay a nominal charge. The first Health ATM Kiosk was installed at DRM Office, Delhi Division, Indian Railways. This kiosk was installed with the help of the Northern Railway Women Welfare Organisation. Indian Railways employees can get health check-up done by paying only Rs.10.
Another health ATM has been installed at the North Eastern Railways Lucknow Junction. Passengers can pay a nominal charge of Rs.50 on 16 parameters.
