>Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair
It has been ordered by the government of Andaman that a compulsory Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) will be conducted free of cost on all arriving passengers at the Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair. It will come into effect by today, i.e., April 16. This will be in addition to the negative RT-PCR report to be carried by all the passengers.

For the convenience of passengers arriving in Goa, the state government has issued certain protocols that need to be followed.
>For domestic passengers, thermal screening upon arrival is mandatory. No negative COVID report or quarantine is required.
>All international passengers carrying a negative COVID report (not older than 72 hrs) are required to proceed for 14 days of home quarantine. Passengers who are not carrying negative RT-PCR reports have to undergo the Rapid Antigen Test. If the report comes negative, they have to home quarantine for 14 days otherwise they will be sent to the COVID Care Centre.

Passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Punjab, and Kerala to Patna will be allowed to travel only with the negative RT-PCR report (not older than 72 hours). Without the report, the concerned airline will not allow the passengers to board the flight. Passengers have to undergo a 10-day home quarantine after the journey.

The government of Manipur has issued new rules for the passengers entering the state by any mode of transport. As per the guidelines, all the passengers need to carry a negative RT-PCR report taken within 72 hours from arrival in Manipur. The order shall become active from April 18, 2021.

According to the order issued by the government of Sikkim, all the tourists must have a negative RT-PCR report. In case of exceeding 72 hours from arrival in Sikkim, passengers will have to undergo a Rapid Antigen Test.
