IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has recently alerted Indian Railways passengers to be cautious of ordering food through e-catering apps other than those approved by IRCTC.
Posting on Twitter recently, IRCTC said, “IRCTC is the only authorised agency to take and deliver orders through e-catering in trains. Beware of unauthorized entities like Travelkhana, Railyatri, Omitra, Yatrachef. Make sure to order food through Food on Track mobile app.”

2) Currently, IRCTC offers mobile app ‘Food on Track’ for any orders.

2) Mobile app ‘Food On Track’.

4) SMS (by sending MEAL to ‘139’).
