Akasa Air and IndiGo have announced new domestic flights on major routes to cater to the high demand of travellers.
IndiGo Airlines launched a direct flight connecting the historic city of Varanasi to Lucknow. It is an exciting development for air travellers.

It promises a substantial reduction in the amount of time required to travel between these two important cities. The flight will take roughly 70 minutes to travel from Lucknow to Varanasi overall. On the other hand, it will take 55 minutes to travel back from Varanasi to Lucknow.
Akasa Air recently launched direct flights between Mumbai and Kolkata. As per the official details, the flight will also connect Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Guwahati.
It has been reported that on these routes, Akasa Air will operate 21 flights on a weekly basis. The report also says that the airline has also strengthened its flight operation between Delhi and Ahmedabad route, providing 2X flights on a daily basis.
