With the continuous increase in the numbers of passengers, Indian Railways has announced and extended several trains to various destinations across India.

Here are some of the major updates:
> Train No. 06171, Ernakulam–Hazrat Nizamuddin Weekly Superfast Special will leave Ernakulam at 19.00 hrs on and from July 17, 2021(Saturdays) and reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 17.50 hrs, the third day untill further advice.

For return, train No. 06172, Hazrat Nizamuddin–Ernakulam Weekly Superfast Special will leave Hazrat Nizamuddin at 05.10 hrs on and from July 20, 2021(Tuesdays) and reach Ernakulam at 03.10 hrs, the third day until further advice.

> Eastern Railways has decided to restore train no. 03045/03046, Howrah–Rampurhat–Howrah Special train. This special service was cancelled since 16.05.2021. This train will stop at Bandel, Mankar, Panagarh, Durgapur, Waria, Ukhra, Bhimgara, etc.

> The Kaviguru Express between Bhagalpur and Howrah via Dumka is about to restart after one and a half years. Eastern Railways has issued information related to this. Kaviguru Express will run daily from July 21. Kaviguru Express will run from Howrah to Bhagalpur via Vardhman, Shantiniketan, Rampurhat, Dumka, Hansdiha, Bossi and Barahat.

> For the convenience of passengers, East Coast Railways has announced several special trains. These trains include 08527/08528, 08515/08516, 08561/08562, 07487/07488, 02831/02832.
