With the festive season approaching, the Indian Railways has made arrangements to ensure a smooth journey for the public during Ganesh Chaturthi by operating several Ganpati Special trains.

> Train No. 09009 Mumbai Central–Sawantwadi Road Special will depart from Mumbai Central every day (except Tuesdays) at 12:00 hrs. and will reach Sawantwadi Road at 03:00 hrs. the next day. This train will run from 14th September 2023 to 30th September 2023. Train No. 09010 Sawantwadi Road–Mumbai Central Special will depart Sawantwadi Road every day (except Wednesdays) at 05:00 hrs. and will arrive at Mumbai Central at 20:10 hrs., the same day. This train will run from 15th September 2023 to 1st October 2023.
This train will halt at Borivali, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, in both directions.
This train comprises AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second Class coaches.
> Train No. 09018 Udhna–Madgaon Weekly Special will depart from Udhna every Friday at 15:25 hrs and will reach Madgaon at 09:30 hrs the next day. This train will run from 15th September 2023 to 29th September 2023. Similarly, Train No. 09017 Madgaon–Udhna Weekly Special will depart from Madgaon every Saturday at 10:20 hrs and will reach Udhna at 05:00 hrs the next day. This train will run from 16th September 2023 to 30th September 2023.
This train will halt at Navsari, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Ratnagiri, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, in both directions.
This train comprises First AC, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second Class coaches.
