In a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus, India has extended lockdown until May 31. However, the government is working on slowly opening the economy.
As a part of it, Indian Railways has also resumed services. However, only Shramik special trains, 15 pairs of special trains and parcel and freight services will operate during the fourth phase of the lockdown.
IRCTC has decided to gradually resume train operations even amid the nationwide coronavirus lockdown which continues till May 31.
Here is the list of trains that are operational (to and fro):
Additionally, domestic flights will resume May 25 onwards, in a calibrated manner. All international commercial airline operations and metro travel remain suspended until May 31. However, inter-state movement of passenger vehicles and buses with mutual consent between states and UTs has been allowed.
