Amid the Coronavirus outbreak in India, all railway operations are now suspended until March 31. No passenger trains will be allowed to operate.
The trains that are finishing their journey will be terminated at their final destination.
Indian Railways assures that passengers will receive a 100% refund which will be automatically credited to their original source of payment. Passengers don’t need to initiate cancellation on the ixigo app, as the tickets stand automatically cancelled.
To make it easy for the passengers, full refund of all cancelled trains can be taken till June 21 2020. Indian Railways will take adequate steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process for passengers affected by train cancellations.
A Note for our Customers: ixigo will process the refund as soon as information is received from IRCTC.
