The Indian Railways has announced new special trains, keeping in mind the spike in travel during the festive season.
Passengers who are planning to travel in the coming days can book their seats on these trains through ixigo.

> The South Central Railway has decided to run Holi special trains on the following routes –
Train no. 02575 Hyderabad – Gorakhpur Weekly Festival Special will operate on 11th, 18th and 25th March. It will run only on Fridays.
Train no. 02576 Gorakhpur – Hyderabad Weekly Festival Special will operate on 13th, 20th and 27th March. It will run only on Sundays.
Another weekly special train will run between Ernakulam Jn – Barauni – Ernakulam Jn.

> The Central Railway has announced 22 trips of Holi special trains between Mumbai and Ballia. Here are the train details –
Train no. 01001 Mumbai – Balia Tri-weekly Special will operate from 7th to 30th March on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Train no. 01002 Balia – Mumbai Tri-weekly Special will operate from 9th March to 1st April on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Train no. 09193 Surat – Madgaon Special will run on 17th March.
Train no. 09194 Madgaon – Surat Special will run on 18th March.
