Here are the complete details:
A) The South Western Railway proposed three Vande Bharat Express trains from Bengaluru. The proposed routes are Bengaluru to Coimbatore, Bengaluru to Chennai and Bengaluru to Hubballi.

B) Kashmir will get its first electric train on 2nd October, connecting the 137-km-long Banihal–Baramulla corridor of the Jammu and Kashmir rail link.
According to a Railway source, “Trials on Baramulla-Budgam part of the 137-Kms long (sic) electric train link have already been completed while the trial on the remaining Budgam-Banihal portion will be carried out on September 20.”

C) The Central Railway has added one Vistadome coach to the Mumbai–Karmali Tejas Express, which is the second Vistadome coach in the Mumbai–Madgaon section.

D) Jaisalmer Railway Station will be developed along the lines of an airport, starting this month. With a budget of Rs. 148 crore, it will be transformed into a three-storey building with a heritage look. The railway station will have food courts, well-equipped waiting rooms, lifts, escalators, AC and non-AC restrooms, and many more facilities like an airport.

E) In a constant effort to provide the best facilities to passengers, the South Central Railway inaugurated three lifts at the Sitafalmandi Railway Station.
