1) The Western Railway has tweeted about the revision of timings of various long-distance trains including train no. 12935 Bandra Terminus – Surat Superfast Express, train no. 12926 Amritsar – Bandra Terminus Paschim Express and many more. Check out the tweet for the complete list:

2) The South Western Railway has informed the travellers about the cancellation, short termination and regulation of trains in their zones. Here is the official confirmation:
