Here is a big, big announcement for all the international travellers. Finally, the wait is over and after two years, India has decided to resume regular international flight operations from March 27.

Book FlightsScheduled international flights had been suspended on March 23, 2020 and will now finally resume after 2 years.
Earlier, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had suspended operations of scheduled international commercial passenger services to/from India with effect from March 23, 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. After having recognised the increased vaccination coverage, the Indian government has decided to resume commercial international flight booking to/from India, starting 27 March.
The suspension of scheduled commercial international passenger services to/from India, thus, remains in effect till 23:59 on 26th March, 2022 and air bubble arrangements shall accordingly be extended to this extent only.

International operations shall be subject to strict adherence to Ministry of Health guidelines for international travel.
