Passengers of Howrah-Puri Dhauli Express had a narrow escape today morning after a coach derailed near Panskura station in West Bengal.

The accident occurred between Bhogpur and Panskura stations in Howrah-Kharagpur at 7.10 AM when the wheel of the chair car coach (B-3), positioned sixth from the engine derailed. However, no casualties were reported.
An accident relief train and railway officers rushed to the spot to begin the rescue operations.
