As COVID cases in the country are on a decline, several states and UTs have relaxed their travel restrictions. The latest update is from Leh and Andamans where fully-vaccinated travellers are now allowed to travel without a negative RT-PCR test report. Here are the complete details –

Port Blair Airport authorities has recently tweeted that all asymptomatic fully-vaccinated travellers and children below five years of age entering Port Blair Airport are exempted from carrying negative RT-PCR test reports and further testing at the airport.. Fully-vaccinated travellers need to carry their final vaccination certificates as a proof.
All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travellers need to produce a negative RT-PCR report. The test should be carried out within 48 hours from the time of commencement of the journey. Such travellers will also be required to undergo an RT-PCR test at arrival.

All asymptomatic fully-vaccinated travellers are not required to carry an RT–PCR test report if they have their vaccination certificate. Partially/unvaccinated passengers will have to carry a negative RT–PCR test report.
