Starting from 13th September, i.e., today, travellers don’t need to provide proof of vaccination to enter New Zealand. The airline they are flying with, however, may still require them to produce the same.
One also does not need to take COVID-19 tests or self isolate on arrival in the country. Travellers will get free Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) at the airport and will be encouraged to test the day they arrive and on Day 5 or 6. They will have to report the test result on the health helpline. They must still complete the New Zealand Traveller Declaration.
