Have always had a tremendous experience with this app. Never once did I face any issue / hassle regarding booking, or refund, or discounts etc. The thing I find most helpful is managing the booking and communication of booking info via Whatsapp, pdf ticket and reminders etc. Of course, this app almost always provide instant discount either directly or via 100% usable points, which is almost real money.
